The most popular size in the UK as used by many couriers, including Royal Mail. These are a direct thermal uncoated paper label with a permanent acrylic adhesive, designed for use in direct thermal printers.
Our labels are manufactured in the UK to the highest quality standards using materials sourced responsibly throughout Europe.
Label Size:
These Direct Thermal Paper Labels are 4 inches wide x 6 inches high, 101.6mm wide x 152.4mm high.
Adhesive:
Supplied with a high tack permanent adhesive that is designed to stick to all kinds of surfaces where no moisture is present, with a service temperature range of -30 °C to +60 °C.
Label Presentation:
These labels are presented narrow edge leading (NEL) on 25mm cores to suit a wide range of label printers that have a maximum roll outside diameter of 127mm (5 inch) including the Zebra GK420d label printer.
Labels presented with perforations between each label.
Compatible with Zebra P/N 800264-605.
Pack Size:
These labels are supplied on rolls with each roll containing 500 labels, this product is for one pallet of 280 rolls, if you would to order multiple pallets at a time, give us a call.

White thermal paper, from FSC® certified forest management. Direct Thermal Labels are ideal for short shelf life items, address & shipping labels and don't require any kind of ink ribbons.
